Alpha Announces OM-347 Solder Paste

Alpha OM-347 solder paste is a cleanable, no-clean material with fine-feature printing capabilities.
Derived from SAC family of alloys and Powerbond preform alloys specifically designed for power module assemblies. Powerbond provides higher tensile strength than traditional SAC alloys and thermal fatigue properties moving closer to that of high-lead.
