ProFlow 2K dual component dispenser applies small volumes of two-part adhesives in lines or dots with a high level of control.

Servo-controlled rotor seals rubberized stator and produces continuous flow of material for each component. Tight tolerance on sealing mechanism ensures pulse-free and drip-free operation of valve, even with low viscosity fluids. Requires no routine flushing or purging as each component is metered in a separate chamber. The A and B components are introduced via a disposable static mixer. Valve features +/-1% accuracy, dependent on material with a viscosity range of 1 to 100,000cps.
