Yamaha Launches I-Pulse M20 Hybrid Placement Machine
I-Pulse M20 hybrid placement machine features a maximum handling capacity of ultra long LED boards, a new multi-conveyor system providing large board handling capability, 3D hybrid placement functions, wide-ranging component handling capability and high feeder capacity, and more.
Extended component height along with overall dimension and capability expands the range of place-able components. 
Comes in four- and six-head configurations. Range of feeder bank and optional tray handling configurations allows fast product changeover where a maximum of 144 feeders can be set on optional 45 position feeder carts. PCB handling can be increased from 1,480mm to 1,800mm, for applications such as long LED boards. Other features include Force Control Function, which allows adjustment and measurement of the downward force applied to components being placed from 5n to 60N. Optional 3D hybrid placement functions include integrated pulse or screw type dispenser, part on part capability and placement force control.
