Master Bond EP29LPHE two-component epoxy has a mixed viscosity of 350-700cps.

Is a low shrinkage/low exotherm product for large-volume casting applications, as well as bonding, coating and sealing. Reportedly has excellent toughness, provides a low modulus and high elongation. Features a Shore D hardness of 50-60 and a tensile elongation of 100-150% at room temperature. Has a 100:80 mix ratio by weight and working life of 12-24 hr. at room temperature for a 100g batch. Cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. Bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass, composites, rubbers and plastics, including fiber reinforced plastics and optical fibers. Reportedly has optical clarity and light transmission properties. Resists exposure to water, acids, bases, oils and fuels. Is an electrical insulator with a volume resistivity of >1015 ohm-cm. Temperature resistance is from -60° to +250°F.
