MT 01 component trolley is used to store and unload component reels.

Reels are scanned and manually placed directly into trolley at goods-in. Accepts up to 50 reels in any sequence, regardless of diameter or thickness. Automatically unloads into Dry Tower centralized storage system for scheduling into production. Is approx. 500mm x 500mm and less than 1m high. Is powered by a rechargeable battery pack.
