Promation Introduces 9440IR-U Solder Robot

9440IR-U solder robot includes IR preheat system. Integrates a selectable four-zone IR preheat system directly into chassis.
PID laser probes monitor heat on the surface of the PCB, launching the soldering program once preheat temperature is achieved. Adjustable PCB edge rail set provides a zero reference point corner to position PCB for soldering accuracy. Heated nitrogen, tip pressure monitoring system, color CDD witness camera, Keyence safety guard, and dual brush tip cleaning are standard.
