KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- Vexos today appointed Paul Jona president and CEO, replacing David Buckley, who resigned.

"It is with mixed emotions that I am leaving Vexos to pursue another opportunity," Buckley said. "I am extremely proud of the team that we have built, the strong relationships forged with our customers and the positive changes that we made to provide the best services for our customers. I want to welcome Paul as my successor and I am confident in the knowledge that Vexos is extremely well positioned for the future."

Jona has over 33 years of electronics industry experience, working as the CEO and senior executive at various different electronics companies. Most recently, he was senior vice president of the SATCOM division of Cobham, a producer of satellite terminal, radio communication equipment and earth stations. Prior to Cobham, he was CEO and chairman of CoActive Technologies, a manufacturer of electronic interface products, as well as senior vice president at Amphenol. He began his career at Du Pont in its Printed Circuit Board Materials division and holds an MBA from AGSIM (Thunderbird) and a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Puget Sound.

"I am honored to join Vexos during this exciting time," said Jona. "Vexos is committed to provide integrated solutions for our customers and to provide the highest standards in quality and reliability. Joining this market leader with a global footprint is a great opportunity. I look forward to working alongside Vexos' talented employees to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and continue the Company's next stage of growth."

"We want to thank David for his contribution to the Company. His initiatives have established a solid foundation for Vexos and we wish him the best in his next endeavor. The Board is excited to welcome Paul as the new President and CEO," said Ken Lau, board member and managing director of Centre Lane Partners. "Paul's strong background and extensive leadership experience make him the best person to lead Vexos and to oversee the company's overall growth strategy."
