SAN JOSE – Flex today announced a definitive agreement to acquire AGM Automotive, a supplier of automotive interior components and systems, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition is expected to close in the June quarter, and is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Flex said the deal will be immediately accretive to EPS and generate positive free cash flow. Flex intends to fund the acquisition from currently available resources.

Troy, MI-based AGM designs overhead console systems, interior lighting, electronic components and textile flooring solutions. It also has facilities in the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, Austria and China.
