GARDEN GROVE, CA ― OK International officially formed a fourth business division dedicated to process management software using the recently acquired ProWorks brand.

The company's ProWorks work instruction software unit has a diversified customer base across multiple industries, OK said in a press release.

"We are very excited to be adding ProWorks to the OK International portfolio of brands,” said Christopher Larocca, president of OK International.  “We plan to continue adding resources to support the growth of ProWorks to maintain its position as the leading work instruction software application for process management solutions."

ScanCAD International will continue to distribute ProWorks, the firm added.

OK International has begun using utilizing ProWorks when processing large quantities of parts requiring traceability. The firm is looking for additional applications for the software, it added.
