LILBURN, GA – Effective Jan. 17, Phoenix Designs has merged with Printed Circuits Corp. and the longtime Atlanta-area EMS company will relocate to the latter's larger facility here.

PCC is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company with 15 years' experience in PCB design, fabrication and assembly. It operates from a 32,000 sq. ft. plant in Lilburn.

Phoenix Designs was founded in 1990 by Fred Pescitelli and is also based in Lilburn.

No financial terms of the asset-based acquisition were detailed.
