LIVONIA, MI -- IPS Assembly will open a printed circuit board assembly facility here this spring, according to news reports.

The newly founded EMS company is being run by Ishvar and Perry Sutariya, who also were behind Saturn Electronics.

The company will employ about 35 workers to start, with plans to go to 270 workers and $30 million in revenue within the next three years. Production will launch by April 1, according to reports.

The company is opening in a 35,000 sq. ft. facility.
