SmartDRY intelligent dry storage provides humidity-controlled storage of components. Is available in both 10 and 30 ft3 models. Reportedly delivers J-STD performance. Ensures humidity levels at 0.5%. Recovery time is < 3 min. Has active moisture monitoring and on-demand recovery/regeneration. Automatic SmartBAKE feature establishes bake time based on MSL level and component size. Includes automatic, self-monitored regeneration feature.
