RAMBOUILLET, FRANCE – Viapaq Group has acquired Tepcomp, an EMS firm with production sites in Finland and Estonia. No financial terms were disclosed.

Tepcomp is an electronics manufacturer specializing in lighting, medical and industrial applications. Viapaq was formed last year through the acquisition of Continental's 35,000 sq. ft. electronics assembly operations in Rambouillet, France.

Tepcomp CEO and owner, Pekka Leppälä, will join the merged firm.

Tepcomp has sites in Turku, Finland, and Kuressaare, Estonia, giving Viapaq access to manufacturing capabilities from prototyping to high-volume manufacturing and manual assembly.
