Phoenix X-Ray Opens Cal Demo Site

NEWARK, CA -- Phoenix X-Ray on Friday opened a West Coast demo and customer service center here, its first in the Silicon Valley. The new site features the company's line of computed tomography (CT) systems for PCB assembly inspection. At the opening, Circuits Assembly saw several demonstrations, include the company's Nanotom, a CT system that performs visualization of internal 3-D structures with sub-micrometer (200-300 nm) resolutions.
