Catalyst Acquires Ramp Industries

ENDICOTT, NY – Catalyst Manufacturing Services has acquired certain assets of fellow NY-based EMS provider Ramp Industries. No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed. The combined companies will provide manufacturing of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, as well as complex wire harness assembly. Ramp has provided electronic assemblies, system integration and wire harness assemblies to military and industrial customers. Catalyst is a contract manufacturer with locations in Endicott; Raleigh, NC; and Tijuana.
