Simclar Quarterly Filing Delayed

HIALEAH, FL -- Electronics manufacturing services provider Simclar Inc. will delay filing its quarterly 10-Q report for the quarter ended June 30, due to potentially significant problems arising as a result of the implementation of a new ERP software system within its Mexico subsidiary. In a press release, the company said it is investigating but "confident that the problems are confined to the second quarter" and do not materially affect results for any previous period.
