TAIPEI -- Foxconn Technology will relocate certain PC production to Hungary from the Czech Republic, a Hungarian business paper reported this week.
Foxconn purchased the plant from Sanmina-SCI in Székesfehérvár, about 60 km west of Budapest, earlier this year.
The business daily Világgazdaság said Foxcon would build PCs for Acer in the Hungary plant. The machines would be destined for the European market. |
