MILPITAS, CA – Contract manufacturer Creation Technologies signed a lease for a research and development building here, according to published reports.

The firm said it would move into a 79,085 sq. ft. building by June.

The electronics manufacturer currently leases about 49,000 sq. ft. in nearby Santa Clara, but says it has outgrown the space, say reports.

About 120 of 250 Santa Clara employees plan to relocate to the new site, with the rest staying in Santa Clara.

No financial terms were disclosed.
