SUZHOU -- Surrounded by scores of customers and employees, electronics manufacturing services provider Enics in late September inaugurated its second -- and largest -- plant in China.

Kaur Andresson, general manager of Enics Beijing and Suzhou said that while the new plant is the largest in Enics' network, it enables the EMS company to be "more flexible, more competitive and opens a door to provide new services to our existing and potential customers."

On the same day, after the inauguration, Enics Asian Partner Day 2012 brought together almost 200 EMS leaders from 65 different companies. Enics used the opportunity to name Kinwong Electronic as its Asian Partner of the Year in PBB manufacturing, Shenzhen Honeycomb System its Mechanics Manufacturer of the Year, and Serial Microelectronics as best distributor.
