Celestica's Q3 Profit Falls 13% PDF Print E-mail

TORONTOCelestica reported third-quarter profit dropped 13% to $43.7 million year-over-year on weaker demand across all segments.

Revenue for the quarter was $1.58 billion, down 14% compared to the same period in 2011.

Celestica makes smartphones, servers and other products for manufacturers such as IBM and Cisco.

In June, the contract electronics manufacturer said it would cease making products for RIM by the end of the year.
