| Nam Tai Completes Group Reorganization |

HONG KONG – EMS provider Nam Tai Electronics Inc. announced the completion of the Nam Tai Group Structure reorganization involving its Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed subsidiaries: Nam Tai Electronic & Electrical Products Ltd. and J.I.C. Technology Co. Ltd. On Dec. 20, Nam Tai said the minority shareholders of both NTEEP and JIC approved their company's reorganization. Majority of the public-float shareholders of each subsidiary voted to approve all reorganization transactions announced on Nov. 28. As of Dec. 31, the reorganization proposals had been implemented in Macao, PRC.
