NEENAH, WI -- Plexus's executive vice president and chief technology and strategy officer,
J. Robert Kronser, has began a disability leave upon a determination of long-term disability.

Effective Jan. 3, Kronser ceased acting as an executive officer of Plexus, the company said in an SEC filing. Plexus

Plexus said an orderly transition of Kronser's duties and responsibilities has been made in anticipation of the potential determination. The company did not announce an interim CTO.
