These linear DC precision arc-welding units are ideal for a range of contactless, high-speed, solder-free coil and wire termination applications, including connector pin termination, micro wire pin connections, tungsten inert gas (TIG) ball and wire combination, and coil termination.
Available for both single output laboratory use and multi output high-speed automation applications, the PAxxP units use state-of -the-art closed-loop electronic arc control circuitry to deliver constant current arc control to within 1 percent accuracy, with currents up to 100 amps.
Welding currents and profiles are fully programmable for upslope, peak, and downslope. Real-time graphical oscilloscope feedback provides process monitoring and quality assurance pass/fail criteria. The units provide 99 memory locations for either single or double pulse weld profiles.
The PAxxP range features an easy to use, intuitive color touch screen with graphical weld tracing. They offer single phase, 115 VAC or 230 VAC operations, and an isolated RS232 port for PC or PLC programming. Weld limits for voltage and current provide instant feedback on the weld process.
