Fleming Island, FL — EA Manufacturing has announced that it is now manufacturing new circuit boards to replace EasyPick circuit from Real Time Solutions/FKI Logistex/Honneywall Intelligrated. The new circuit boards an alternative to having the old boards repaired at about the same price.

EA Manufacturing has incorporated several improvements in their PCBs including replacing all of the obsolete components with components that are currently available and supportable. The problematic push button switches that are no longer available from the original manufacturer have been replaced with high quality pushbuttons that are rated for 10,000,000 actuations and they have key caps that do not easily break or fall off.

The original housings of the units are refurbished, and the new circuit boards are installed with screw holes that are relocated to not use existing stripped threads and a second screw is added to the single Picklight units holding the circuit board in securely.

Units are now in stock for fast turn-around times.
