MENTOR, OH ― September 2019 ― Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Dykeman to Executive Vice President of Business Development. For the past six years, Dykeman has been instrumental in growing the company as VP of Sales & Business Development.

In his new role, Dykeman will be responsible for managing both the Libra Industries and GEM City sales teams as the company begins the process of merging the organizations. With that, effective immediately all sales managers/representatives will report directly to Dykeman.

Dykeman has been an active member of Libra Industries leadership team, providing direction to the existing internal-operations teams to facilitate continuous improvements to the company’s processes and capabilities in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He establishes and coordinates all activities related to sales management, including retention and growth of the existing business and new business development.

Dykeman is a proven sales and marketing executive with a successful record spanning more than 35 years in diversified direct sales, contract negotiation, sales force development and management, customer needs assessment and client relations. He has a wealth of sales and marketing experience from respected companies including CMP- Advanced Mechanical Solutions and Sanmina-SCI. Dykeman holds a B.A. in Economics / Marketing from the State University of New York College in Oswego, NY.
