TORRANCE, CA — October 2021 — Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, is pleased to announce plans to exhibit at the SMTA International Exposition, scheduled to take place Nov. 3-4, 2021 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN. Seika will highlight the following equipment in Booth #3506: McDry Storage Cabinets, Sawa Ecobrid Stencil Cleaner, Sayaka SAM-CT23S Table-Top PCB Router, Tsuchiyama n=1 Checker and MALCOM RCX Series Modular Reflow Oven Profiling System.

McDry Dry Cabinets provide optimal ultra-low humidity and moisture-proof storage for IC packages. Moisture-sensitive components when safely and properly stored in McDry have an indefinite floor-life and micro-cracking or pop-corning during the reflow process is not an issue. McDry cabinets conform to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033D and IPC 1602 industry standards.

The Sawa Ecobrid stencil cleaner provides a fast tact time in both cleaning and drying at under 10 minutes. It also offers low solvent usage, energy consumption and running costs. The fully automatic cleaner features easy-to-use touch panel operation and uses a low-VOC solvent, making it environmentally-friendly and resulting in little to no flash point concerns.

The Sayaka CT23S Table-Top PCB Router features advanced image-processing software with point-and-click operation for programming router paths. The CCD camera captures an image of the PCB, while programming cutting paths is achieved by simple point-and-click operation on screen. An ideal solution for stress-free depanelization, the high-speed router bit cleanly and precisely cuts densely populated PCBs without stressing the PCB.

The n=1 revolutionary automatic first-article inspection tool checks component presence and orientation and verifies LCR values (induction, capacitance, resistance) 10x faster. Additionally, it speeds up visual inspection with camera magnification.

The MALCOM RCX Series Modular Reflow Oven Profiling System offers complete profiling of reflow ovens, including oven temperature, video imaging, O2 concentration and convection air velocity. It verifies that ovens are performing at optimal conditions and enables users to troubleshoot problem areas.

Additional highlights include the MALCOM Viscometer and Paste Mixer, Unitech PCB Cleaner and Kyowa Strain Gauge System.
