This four-part online course is designed to help electronics professionals understand, implement, and maintain effective Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control Programs based on the globally recognized ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 Standard.

The sessions will be held virtually on the following dates:

• Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | 1:00–3:00 PM EDT
• Tuesday, November 4, 2025 | 1:00–3:00 PM EST
• Tuesday, November 11, 2025 | 1:00–3:00 PM EST
• Tuesday, November 18, 2025 | 1:00–3:00 PM EST

Led by ESD experts from Desco Industries, the training will provide attendees with a clear understanding of the standard’s purpose, structure, and requirements. Participants will gain practical insights into program implementation, verification, and maintenance—whether managing small-scale operations or complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
