This appointment strengthens the company’s executive leadership team as it continues to scale growth across key markets and customer segments.

Szychowski brings more than 20 years of experience leading revenue organizations across manufacturing, technology, and industrial sectors. Since joining Green Circuits in 2022 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, he has played a central role in expanding commercial strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and building a more unified go-to-market approach.

In his new role as CRO, Szychowski will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. He will focus on accelerating growth initiatives, expanding market share, and further aligning commercial execution with operational capabilities.

Prior to Green Circuits, Szychowski held senior sales leadership roles at Advanced Circuits, where he helped drive performance across key industrial and high-reliability markets, as well as leadership positions at IMI Precision Engineering and Dish Network. His background includes scaling high-performance teams, navigating complex market conditions, and leading organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
