CircuitShield is an anti-corrosion, waterproofing, and reliability-enhancement nanocoating technology that protects semiconductor devices, printed circuit boards and other electronic components.

Is 50-100nm thick and can be soldered through, enabling rework, reuse and recycle of precious metals and electrical components. Is PFOA- and PFOS-free. Uses a chemical plasma coating that replaces more traditional encapsulants and coatings. Applications include automotive, medical devices, data and energy storage and semiconductor manufacturing.
