Contains a top-down 5Mp color CCD camera, with optional large format sensor, and telecentric lens. Handles board sizes up to 475 x 450mm. Inspects packages down to 01005 and 0.3mm pitch. Field of view is 23.5 x 23.5mm. Stepper motors for accuracy and repeatability.
