506-03A/B is a two-component 100% solids epoxy encapsulant with a 1:1 volumetric mix ratio.

Is characterized by low mixed viscosity, gel time of ~8 min., and thermal shock resistance. Has good electrical properties and adhesion to a variety of substrates upon cure.
