S300 multiple blade depaneling saw is for singulating assembled PCBs.

Saw blade is 2.95" diameter, 0.021" thick diamond-coated cutting blade. PLC-controlled; singulates up to 10 lines in one pass. Safety switch is built in to lid.  Integrated dust extraction into saw for dust removal. Dust removal wand mounted to side of machine. Diamond blades leave smooth-edge finish. Singulates PCBs without scorelines or with overhanging components on parting line. Components overhanging parting line remain intact.
