Heated Stage is a software PID-controlled IR micro heater.

Mounts inside almost any offline x-ray system. PCB is positioned on stage and heating cycle is launched. Reflow process can be recorded in real-time. Used in tandem with an x-ray, can observe voids and defects and note part of reflow cycle in which they occur.
