Ant-i2 offline selective soldering machine is designed for high-volume offline production for small printed circuit boards and good flexibility for large PCBs.

Includes two drop jet fluxers, a bottom preheating zone and optional top preheating zone, and one solder pot with two individual selective wave tunnels. Can handle two max. 350 x 215mm boards simultaneously. Uses one fluxer/one solder nozzle and can handle max. 350 x 450mm. Comes with software based on Windows 10, live on-camera viewing of soldering process, auto wave height calibration, one-button flux nozzle auto cleaning function, N2 closed-loop heat-up, flux level alarm and solder-level alarm. Optional features include N2 purity monitoring, N2 flow monitoring and flux quantity monitoring.
