YRM20 high-speed modular mounter features high-speed rotary head that achieves up to 115,000cph. 

RM head can handle components ranging from 0201mm components up to odd-shaped components of 12mm x 12mm x 6.5mm. HM head can handle components up to 55mm x 100mm x 15mm. Rated speed is 98,000 cph. Is equipped with two gantries and two multi-nozzle placement heads. Is reportedly 10% to 20% faster than previous model as a result of reduced head weight. Employs overdrive motion that allows placements on same board at same time by minimizing interference range between two heads. New features include odd-shaped components-capable inline FM head, head capable of handling components ranging from 03015mm chips to chips that are 30mm in height, and components of 55mm x 100mm. Force control is available.
