The Auto Kitting Station automates the tape reel loading process for feeders used in SMT production, reducing reliance on manual labor during production preparation. Designed for integration with Fuji's NXTR A placement machines, Smart Storage system, AMRs and automated warehouses, the unit automates reel removal, reel ID reading, tape preprocessing and feeder loading.

Supporting widely used 8mm tape components, the system is designed for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments where product changeovers can create labor and efficiency challenges. By linking component storage, transport, kitting and placement operations, the Auto Kitting Station helps advance unmanned SMT production and improve workflow consistency across the factory floor.
