ST. LOUIS -- BAE Systems awarded LaBarge a $6.1 million add-on contract to produce electronics assemblies for the Advanced Gun System.

Ths AGS will be used for a pair of DDG 1000 Zumwalt destroyers to be built for the US Navy.

Production is expected to take place at LaBarge's Huntsville, AK, facility through December.
