TORONTO – EMS provider Adeptron Technologies Corp. today reported second-quarter revenues rose 21% year-over-year to $12.4 million.
The firm posted a net loss of $1.65 million, compared to a net loss of $939,000 for the same quarter last year.
For the first six months of the year, Adeptron’s sales were $25 million, up 20% compared to 2008.
The company reported a net loss of $1.6 million, compared to a net loss of $1.56 million in the first six months last year.
Adeptron announced an aerospace and defense customer with sales valued at approximately $3 million annually, and a 3-D interactive display and entertainment equipment contract with sales valued at approximately $2 million annually.
In the beginning of the third quarter, the firm invested in a high-speed surface mount line at its Ottawa facility.
