TAIPEI -- Elitegroup Computer Systems reported August consolidated revenues fell 10.4% year-over-year to NT$6.1 billion ($185.9 million).

The company shipped totaled 1.43 million motherboards in August, down 20.3% from a year ago. Notebook shipments reached 200,000 units, according to the company.
