BEIJING -- Chinese-made electronics and IT exports continued to fall in October but rallied versus earlier in the year.
For the month, exports dropped 18.4%, up 1.5 points from the previous nine months, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology reported.
Exports of electronics and IT products hit $359.4 billion in the period, or 37.5% of the country's total exports.
Year-to-date, China's imports of electronics and IT products is $248.26 billion, down 21.1% year-over-year.
Computers, cellphones, LCD panels, color TVs, processors and controllers are among the top export products.
China's three primary export destinations are Hong Kong, the US and Japan, were down 21.7%, 14.5% and 15.3%, respectively, from a year ago.
