TAIPEI -- Foxconn Electronics will spend some $300 million toward acquisitions and investments in component-related businesses, according to published reports.

 

DigiTimes is reporting the contract electronics manufacturer's investments include $135 million to acquire various China-based OEMs of power adapters, PCBs handsets and servers.
