BANGKOK – Fabrinet announced fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $13.6 million, up 245% year-over-year.

The electronics manufacturing services provider reported total revenue of $157.4 million, up 91% from 2009.

For the fiscal year ended June 25, Fabrinet reported total revenue of $505.7 million, an increase of 15% from fiscal 2009. Net income was $44.3 million, up 42%.

Fabrinet guided for first-quarter fiscal 2011 revenue of $160 million to $165 million.

Chief executive Tom Mitchell said, “We believe that macro trends, including continuing demand for more bandwidth and an increasing number of applications for optics, industrial lasers and sensors, will continue to work in our favor.”
