TAMPA, FL -- Bulova Technologies is currently in negotiations with a potential buyer of its EMS unit in Melbourne, FL, the company said.

In a statement, Bulova said it is "optimistic" it will be able to conclude the sale of BT Manufacturing by Nov. 15. Potential terms were not disclosed.
