SINGAPORE – Flextronics International Ltd. reported GAAP net income of $144 million for the second quarter, up a staggering 620% year-over-year.

Adjusted net income grew to $179 million, up 72% compared to the year ago period.

Second-quarter net sales increased 27% to $7.4 billion year-over-year.

For the third quarter, the company anticipates revenue of $7.5 billion to $7.7 billion.
