TAIPEI – Hon Hai (Foxconn) said it has signed agreements on IC design, cloud computing and wireless and solar technology with a number of US firms.

Hon Hai will manufacture the technology the firms provide.

Firms include California-based New Enterprise Associates, ONSET Ventures and DCM; fab-less semiconductor company SiBeam; ENOVIX Corp., developer of rechargeable batteries, and Splashtop, developer of remote desktop solutions.
