SMYRNA, GA – CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY magazine today announced AsteelFlash Group as its annual EMS Company of the Year.

The distinction is bestowed on EMS companies that have demonstrated profitability and sustained excellence among their peers.

Paris-based AsteelFlash has been the fastest-growing Tier 2 (revenues between $500 million and $1 billion) EMS company over the past decade, having expanded successfully both organically and through acquisition. Its approach to geographic manufacturing, which includes sites on four continents, also sets it apart from peers.

“AsteelFlash is the only Tier 2 EMS to see sales double over the past decade,” said Mike Buetow, editor-in-chief of CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY. “Yet through the rapid change in size and geographic scope, its management, manufacturing approach and corporate philosophy have remained constant. Its approach is a template for how a global company can ensure consistent customer service across dozens of time zones and an even greater number of national or ethnic divides.”

AsteelFlash joins Key Tronic EMS and Plexus in the select group named as the CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY EMS Company of the Year.
