ERLANGER, KY ― Seho Systems will launch a US version of its solder training academy in 2011, the company said.

The Seho Academy trains operators on soldering systems and process optimization.

Seho's training concept, designed to provide employees with required qualifications, offers several training courses to suit individual needs. Seminars are subdivided into three categories: selective, wave and reflow. Each offers basic training courses on process and workflow optimization, providing comprehensive background knowledge.

The courses provide a balance of theory and practice. The courses will take place at Seho North America in Erlanger, KY, outside Cincinnati.
