TAIPEI -- Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai) reported February revenues rose 25.8% year-over-year but fell 17.9% sequentially to NT$152.9 billion ($5.15 billion) on demand for consumer electronics.

Year to date, the electronics manufacturer's sales are up 31.5% from 2010.

The EMS firm said PC sales grew during the period, while communication devices were flat.

Foxconn is the world's largest contract electronics manufacturer and one of the largest makers of printed circuit boards and connectors.
