IVYLAND, PA -- Da-Tech Corp. has acquired the assets of fellow EMS company Synchronized Manufacturing Technologies.

No financial or other terms were disclosed.

Salem, NH-based Synchronized Manufacturing Technologies was formed in 2007 and won a CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Service Excellence Award in 2008.

Da-Tech is a privately held electronic manufacturing services company.
