SANTA CLARA, CA -- Hunter Technology will acquire Spinnaker Microwave for an undisclosed amount, the companies announced today.
Santa Clara, CA-based Spinnaker is a provider of RF and microwave components and subassemblies to the defense, scientific and test and measurement markets.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Spinnaker will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter. Hunter provides electronics manufacturing services, including bare board fabrication and printed circuit assembly, for the defense, aerospace, test and measurement, and medical markets.
The transaction has been unanimously approved by the boards of each company. Terms of the deal, under which Hunter will acquire all of Spinnaker’s outstanding shares, were not disclosed.
